1. Seller identity

The “Pattes Libres” store is operated by Milky Way Holding, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a single shareholder and share capital of €1.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 108 743 170, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. President: Rayan El Aroussi. E-mail: rayan.elaroussi@gmail.com. “Pattes Libres” is the site's trading name.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Pattes Libres reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

3. Orders

An order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the address provided.

4. Delivery

See the Shipping policy. The timeframes given are estimates in business days.

5. Withdrawal and returns

See the Refund policy: 14-day withdrawal right from the day of delivery.

6. Legal warranties

Products are covered by the French legal warranty of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

7. Liability

Our products are carrying accessories for small dogs: follow the size guide and always supervise your pet during use.

8. Governing law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; in accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
