Refund policy

In accordance with European consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your order, with no reason required.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Contact us via the Contact page before sending anything back: we will give you the return address and procedure.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for a defective product or an error on our part.

Size exchange

Your first size exchange is free: if the size you received doesn't fit your dog, contact us within 14 days and we ship the right size at no extra cost.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Defective product

If the product arrives defective or damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours: full replacement or refund, return shipping at our expense.
